垃圾處理行業(yè)焚燒爐用耐火、耐磨保溫材料是我廠參照國外垃圾焚燒爐用耐火、耐磨保溫材料的理化指標(biāo)，結(jié)合我國有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用的實(shí)際情況研制開發(fā)而成的，它具有耐磨性能好，重?zé)�變化小，熱震穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)。

CAO 控氣型焚燒爐也稱第二代城市生活垃圾焚燒爐 - 氣化熔融，有的氣化熔融爐設(shè)計(jì)的焚燒熔融部位工作溫度達(dá) 1400-1600 ℃甚而 1800 ℃。因此這部分內(nèi)襯耐火材料應(yīng)首選高溫下高強(qiáng)度、耐磨損、耐腐蝕、耐熱震的鋁鋯質(zhì)材料，也有選擇含氧化鉻 10-20% 的鋁鉻質(zhì)材料。
